Hurricane Sandy

Anthchor Lead: Good evening, Hurricane Sandy has devastated the coastal areas of
New York and New Jersey. It has
prompted visits to the area from President Obama and other officials to survey the damaged caused. We have reporter Scott Pastorick that is going to tell us more about those visits.

Reporter: President Obama received a birds-eye view today as he flew in on Marine One to get a first-hand look at the destruction caused by Hurricane Sandy. Obama took the time to meet with responders and relief volunteers to help with the recovery efforts and with some of the victims themselves. Obama met with some of the victims in community centers and in the streets of the affected areas. Here is what President Obama had to say at one of the community centers. *(President Obama Bite.)*  That is some great advice given by President Obama and we ask that everyone be safe out there moving about the areas hit hardest by Hurricane Sandy.   For Aggies News and Views I’m Scott Pastorick.
